How long does it take for delivery?
The average delivery time varies based on volume and time of day. We usually quote between 45 minutes and one hour for dinner deliveries, but we strongly recommend lunch orders to be placed the day before so you can secure your desired delivery time. We recommend that large orders be placed at least the day before and you can schedule deliveries days, weeks, or even months in advance. All Holly Springs deliveries have a 1 hour quote time. All multi-restaurant orders have a 1 hour quote time.

What is the delivery charge and food order minimum?
The delivery fee is $3.99 whether you order online or by phone. As we become busier, the delivery charge for phone orders may increase. Deliveries past 7 driving miles from the restaurant have additional $1.50 fee which goes directly to your driver.
There is a $10.00 minimum food total for all orders per restaurant.
All orders subject to 3% processing fee for operational costs.

What are my payment options?
* Corporate: Cash, Credit Card, Company Check (company check address must match delivery address) and Gift Certificates.
* Residential/Hotel: Cash, Credit Card, and Gift Certificates.
If you are paying with cash and have a bill larger than $20.00, you must either leave a note in your online order or tell us over the phone. Our drivers do not carry enough change to break larger bills without notice.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Credit Cards.

Can I order from multiple restaurants?
Yes, you can order from multiple restaurants, but we do require that you meet the $10.00 minimum order and pay the normal delivery fee for each restaurant.

Can I order from a restaurant outside my delivery zone?
Delivery zones are limited to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner and will always arrive hot, fresh and delicious. Catering or larger orders are placed in advance and may be available for restaurants outside the delivery area for an additional fee. Please call 919-772-1234 and a customer service representative will assist you with your request.

How do I know that my online order has been placed?
All online orders must be confirmed by phone to ensure accuracy and to secure delivery times before they are processed. You will receive a confirmation number as soon as your order is placed online and a confirmation phone call is expected by the customer within minutes of placing your order. If you do not call within 15 minutes of placing the order, we are not liable for any orders that did not go through.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call 919-772-1234 and a manager will assist you.

I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
If there are any problems with your order, you must call us within 15 minutes of the order being delivered. We will confirm with the restaurant regarding the mistake. Once we verify with the restaurant that the problem was on their end, we will either re-deliver the missing/incorrect item or refund you the amount. If our driver has to re-deliver, you must give the driver the incorrect item. If the incorrect item is not provided or was correct after inspection, you will be charged for both items.

Is gratuity for the driver included in my order?
Gratuity is generally not included for orders under $75. Please consider the efforts of your mobile waiter and we suggest tipping the driver just like you would a server in a restaurant. All orders over $75 will be subject to a minimum 15% gratuity to ensure that your driver is amply compensated.
919DineEast.com reserves the right to implement an automatic gratuity to any order at our descretion.?As indpendent contractors our drivers have the right to refuse delivery.
